Nepal Electicity Authority increases loadshedding

Nepal Electricity Authority has increased load shedding to 60 hours per week going to be implemented from Saturday (9^th August, 2014). The reason for increment in loadshedding despite of rainy season is because of landslide in Jure, Sindhupalchok last week. According to Nepal electricity authority, the landslide has damaged dam of Sunkoshi Hydropower Station which has affected production of 67 MW of electricity.
